But the good news is that Depression can be effectively treated. What you need to do first is consult a Psychiatrist who would prescribe you anti-depressants. Counseling or application of psychotherapy would be especially beneficial for you.
These are the supportive external factors…but the most important thing from your side is making consistent efforts by bringing changes in your lifestyle….following a proper routine, having adequate sleep, incorporating healthy habits like regular exercise, Yoga, meditation, relaxation exercises. Then, of course, spending time with your near and dear ones, walking in nature, laughter exercises, spending time with your pets would be of added advantage.
